Happy super moon! What a beautiful way to bring in the fall season and September with the beauty of that Pisces super moon! This fall brings some fun workshops and a retreat for me to offer you to support moving through the dramatic and powerful energy that is in the air at this time. This is a very potent and fertile time for all of us...perhaps not so graceful and easy, but transformational for sure! I am grateful to have this practice to allow me to work through all the changes that seem to come with this season. As the wind picks up so does the season for change! A "Scentual" Experience
This workshop is back! Come nurture yourself and restore balance using all the senses including live healing music, therapeutic touch and aromatherapy!

Sunday, December 7th from 3-5p "Release! Free your hips!". This workshop will focus on finding the release and freedom in your hips that allow you to move gracefully with life. Our hips store a lot of locked emotions via our mechanism to control life and our emotional experiences so when we explore them with openness and intention we can surrender lots of held tension in this part of the body. Tight, weak, or locked hips can lead to low back pain, knee pain, ankle instability, sciatica and many other symptoms. Come journey in to your hips with meditation, mudra, yoga, and aromatherapy! Registration will begin in November at Yoyo Yogi.

Private Sessions
I am available in my office and at Yoyo Yogi for private yoga and movement sessions.
