Let this weekend be your laboratory, a chance to explore one-by-one ancient and emerging mindfulness and pranayama techniques designed to change the way we feel, think and live this one and precious life.

Dive deep into the life-altering world of breath and meditation.

Beyond breathing deeper, understand what breath can support anxiety, low energy, pain? Beyond growing calmer, what meditation practices feel approachable, supportive, actually doable?

Learn when and how to apply specific tools to support emotional, mental, physical and energetic harmonization for you and your students (if you are a teacher).

A deeply experiential learning experience. Come move, breathe in community and learn how to expand your yogi tool belt of ancient tools for modern times.

What does this workshop entail?

-An exploration of various types of breath practices

-An exploration of various types of meditation practices

Learn when to use them, how they can impact your emotional, physical, mental and energetic states of being.

This is not a lecture based workshop but a experience lab-where we will all claim our own seat at expert of our own experience. You will receive a training journal to log your experiences and insights so that you can take this workshop back into your own life for further study and application. You do not need to be an experienced yogi or teacher to take this workshop. We will practicing various techniques and sharing experiences.

-Anyone who has been interested or scared off by breath and meditation practices

-Anyone who has felt that meditation is “hard” or unapproachable

-Anyone who has a desire to be empowered to have tools to support their overall health and wellbeing

-Anyone who desires to meet stress and dis-ease (distance from ease) with approaches that are effective, readily available, easy and free
