Sardinia was the island and the trip that taught me how to exponentially receive. Through a delicious curation of adventure, nature, expeditions, sensually activating dining experiences-this island truly offers you the chance to enrich yourself deeply. There is a simplicity and “old world” feel that allows you to slow your pace and truly come into the moment more fully and completely which is the perfect set up for a integrative soulful retreat. One in which you open yourself to receive what is here for you.
I am arranging unique experiences in nature that are not on the “normal tourist” itinerary with my Sardinian friend and travel guide-Melina.
We will stay in the perfect mix of luxury and locally appropriate lodging on beautiful land in 3 different regions of the island-from mountains to beaches. These will be our launch pads for our excursions. We will eat amazing meals and of course you will be in the best of company because that is just how it always goes with these type of opportunties.
My intention is to create an integrative experience unlike a vacation or “yoga” retreat that truly allows travel to be a soulfully enriching experience in which we open ourselves to receive from nature and the unique gifts of the places we visit. When we open to this, the true magic and gift of the moment unfold in unimaginable ways.

This will be a small group-less than 8 to keep it quaint. This retreat will fill quickly so don’t delay. Sardinia has quite a different vibe than Italy so if you have been to Italy you have not experienced anything like Sardinia!
Excursions & Itinerary
Fly into Olbia, Sardinia. I will arrange a transport to the hotel which is located near Luogosanto. 4 NIGHTS -GALLLICANTU STAZZO RETREAT
DAY 1 - Arrival by 7:30 pm for dinner
DAY 2 - Welcome Ceremony - Excursion to Li Muri/ Li Lolghi sites -sacred circle (Prenuragic + Nuragic culture- mother goddess) -Winery cantina Jankara (light lunch) -return to hotel - dinner in local restaurant
DAY 3 - Hike in Valle della Luna with picnic lunch and visit of Santa Teresa with view of Corsica - dinner in local agriturismo in Luogosanto
DAY 4 - Sailing in La Maddalena with lunch on board + dinner in local charming venue
DAY 5 - Transfer day - 3 NIGHTS - IS CHEAS in San Vero Milas
Visit of Cork artisan- visit of Tempio Pausania and lunch at Pizzeria Bosco (one of the best pizzerias in Sardinia) - Visit of Nuraghe Santu Antine (Torralba) - arrival at accommodation and dinner on site (Is Cheas)
DAY 6 - Relax and activities in the morning at the accommodation -beach day at IS Arutas beach (free lunch at beach bar) - back to accommodation -dinner at local restaurant in Cabras and sunset at lagoon.
DAY 7 - Hike around beaches and visit of Tharros archeological site (phoenician, punic, roman) + sunset Bike tour with bird observation - dinner at accommodation
DAY 8 - Transfer day - 3 night in Orosei
Visit Sacred Well of Santa Cristina (whole morning + picnic near Cabras) - arrival in Orosei - choose your own location for dinner
Day 9 - Hike to Nuragic village of Tiscali (picnic lunch) + visit of Su Gologone (biggest karstic water source of Sardinia) + free for dinner
Day 10 - Activities at the beach in Su Barone beach (Orosei) - free for lunch in Orosei - Sunset 4x4 Tour and home cooked dinner with a local shepherd’s
Day 11 - Departure day out of Olbia airport
