End of Life Care
Transition spaces are sacred places
Death is not something to tolerate or resist, rather it is a natural rite of passage we all experience many times throughout our life-be it deaths of relationships, stages of life, identities, jobs and in the end our own physical life.
Death can be a process that we learn to honor and treat with respect and reverence because the life we have lived and the person we are in nothing short of miraculous.
I am here to make this sacred moment in your life feel like relief, peace and as free from suffering and fear as possible. I artfully curate a deeply supportive and unconventional tools that turns death from feeling medicalized and impersonal to a deeply personal and beautiful experience.

Think of me as your transition guide or end of life doula. I will walk with you through your process and provide support and guidance so that you can make aligned decisions that allow this process to be as graceful as it can be.
Why me?:
I spent the majority of my career as a coach, guide, teacher and consultant with a common thread of guiding people through the challenging spaces to find greater inner peace and alignment with where they are now.
I recently have worked in the hospice field as an end of life doula and a emotional and spiritual counselor or chaplain. I have also worked in the hospital setting supporting patients in all types of medical crisis as they grapple with the existential tensions that surface in these critical times.
All of this work prepared me to want to offer solutions to a broken system of care that was not meeting the patients needs. From the pay, treatment and training that care takers are provided, the barren and sterile environments that patients lie in and the overly medicalized treatment plan of care within the terminal patients that fails to recognize the whole person-body-mind-spirit and emotions..I knew I could do better and that my patients deserved something more than standard.
Witnessessing and hearing so many of the same stories of patients that :
Waited until the last minute to face the unprocessed emotions and tensions that was causing suffering
Did not know how to talk to their family and share what was on their heart that felt unresolved
Died alone or in spaces that felt impersonal, cold or inadequate
Did not know how to deal with their anger, frustration at God, their illness their lack of control and the stream of uncomfortable emotions that surrounded them
Had never considered how they wanted to die and what their wishes were and left these hard decisions to family members
I have sat with many dear souls at their time of death and it is their stories and experiences that inspire me to do this work and to uplevel the level of care from standard to exceptional.
This is a radical form of support and navigation through the most critical and intense time of life.
Love, intimacy and connection are powerful tools that alchemize fear and suffering into a journey of the heart. One that has the wisdom and peace one seeks during transition.
Where do I start?
I treat each person and their experience as unique. There is no “canned” program or offering. I will listen to learn about your experience so that I can truly understand your needs and desires. Then together we will curate a plan of care that actually addresses all of you, not just the medical needs. I will work within your financial and time considerations so that this process is stress free and manageable.
You truly don’t need to know much more than you want a new level of care that is not readily available in conventional resources. Let me take make you load lighter.
Take the first step. Let’s have a conversation. It wasn’t an accident that you found me.
