It has been a minute since I have communicated with you, my dear community. I’m sure you have some of those special friends that for some reason or another you don’t see them for an extended period yet when you finally reunite you can instantly connect. My intention is to extend that same connection to you at this time. Let’s soul talk…
Recently, I took an unplanned sabbatical from my work. As a mentor phrased for me, I was allowed time to “flush out all the knowings” in my life. It has been a most intimate and vulnerable journey into myself. I have sat with questions that seemed unanswerable, fears that seemed unconquerable and space that seemed unbearable and yet here I am. Creating this break in momentum and the space to truly listen within has allowed integrations years in the making to coalesce. I have assimilated two huge insights from this time so far. The first is that the more I unlearned myself (flushing out those knowings) the more freedom I created to ask better and different questions and the more creativity I allowed myself to ask what I truly wanted now and in the future. The second insight is that the unfolding of the next aligned steps to my exponential self has been way more easeful and efficient than my previous attempts to hussel and push my way forward. How refreshing!
