April Greetings From Jill: April Showers Bring May Powers!

Happy Spring, everyone! The jumpstart of this "fire filled" month has me wondering, "how did it get to be mid-April so fast?" I just returned from a week long "Rite of Passage" journey with 12 new friends from all over the world. We camped in the red woods and spent the week sharing who we were, what we were ready to claim in ourselves, and celebrating our passage into new chapters of our lives. It was one of the most impactful experiences of my life. I feel like a new woman has entered my life! Not only was the experience of "getting off the grid" and deep into nature profound, but actually claiming who I am to a new group of people and being so raw and authentic was super empowering and edgy. It's truly sad that in our culture we have stopped celebrating endings, new beginnings, and transitions in such a ceremonial and symbolic way. It does make a difference. The theme in my classes this month has been "Being empowered to be YOU" and this journey certainly led me to put my own life to that test. I can certainly report back that it feels so free to really claim who you are in your deepest places and to lovingly accept yourself! I am still working on integrating all of this... all of this is quite the work as well :)

I wanted to share with you some upcoming workshops, retreats and services I am offering. More than anything I hope to inspire you to claim something that allows you to access more of your freedom to be you and to mark that claim to celebrate it! I truly feel we all come into this life to bring something forward that is unique to our soul... what does your heart call you to?

Moon Watchers: Learning your Birth Chart Class and New Moon Celebration: Saturday, April 18th: 2-4p @ Yoyo Yogi

This group of "anyone interested in learning about the stars" gathers monthly to celebrate the new moon, set intentions, and support each other through our own experiences. I also offer an astrology backdrop for the energy we are all working with. This month, I will offer an intro into learning your birth chart class an hour before our gathering. We will learn about our sun, moon, and rising signs and their significance to our life. This will be part 1 of a series. The second hour will be our normal gathering.
