Together we will journey through the solar system each month visiting a planet, a house, a zodiac sign as we attune to the timeless wisdom that can be activated for our modern lives.
Through shared experiences, we will learn a deeper, soul-centered and integrated way to navigate the seasons and cycles of life.
Through an enhanced connection to nature, we will gain steadiness, support and nourishment.
And through self-study, we will find clarity as we begin to trust our intuition and inner knowing.
This workshop series is an alchemy of movement, meditation, experiential learning and communal sharing inviting you to tap into a new way of receiving guidance and direction for yourself.
EACH MONTH WE WILL EXPLORE:
A physical yoga practice that allows you to feel the essence of a planet, an astrological zodiac sign and an astrological house
Seasonally appropriate practices (ie breath practices, mantras, mudras, essential oils, reflection and journaling activities) for continued support in our weeks apart
Key dates! How to leverage new and full moons as well as special planetary transits for your own personal intentions
Current themes and cycles in nature and cosmos! Learn how the energy may impact you.
Community: an essential aspect of nature! Meet other star passengers to learn and grow with as we travel together.
