March 19th is the Spring Equinox. A time to honor transition from water to fire; from release and surrender towards action and desire. In this day of equal light and dark, we honor the gift of both spaces and places. This is a very potent time for setting intentions and allowing a more natural aligment of what your deeper wisdom is bringing to life.

I am thrilled to gather in person with you to celebrate this day. I invite you to gather in community to attune to this energy. I will share some of my astrological interpretation of the times and open the space for your own invitations during this time of creation. We will move through a yoga and breath practice to physically align with the energy and end with a longer meditative quiet time with some healing touch and energy work to catalyze our intentions.. Together we will invite a deeper attunement to our desires and when this is done in community and sacred space-the energy is magnetized and harmonized. The energy takes over and brings under into a felt alliance with our souls.
